Etymology

We, as Lebanese, are renowned for our distinctive blend of French and English in our daily communications. The term "CEDRIDO" is a fusion of 'cèdre' in French and 'I do' in English. It symbolizes a commitment and acceptance, akin to a vow to our homeland. When we say 'Cèdre, I do!', it conveys our pledge and dedication to Lebanon.

And "movement" encompasses the act of changing position and is fundamental across various disciplines. While not all our events may seem directly related to human development, they collectively contribute to personal growth, societal progress, and the evolution of skills and behaviors.
